Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "You" and "Your" refer to the client. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before proceeding.
Please Note: We believe in complete transparency and will clearly communicate project costs upfront with you. You will receive a detailed quotation outlining all project expenses before work commences.
Website Development
We build websites both from scratch with custom code and using popular platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
If you have a preference, you can tell us while discussing your project.
If not, we will decide based on your project requirements and specify this in the quotation.
Search Engine Indexing Support
Upon completion of your website, we will submit your sitemap to Google Search Console and verify your domain ownership.
This will help Google index your website more efficiently.
Domain and Hosting
We can provide domain and hosting services or you can use your own and give access to us to make your project live.
If you choose our services, the annual hosting cost will be included in the quotation.
We'll register your chosen domain name.
Domain and Hosting Access (Applicable if you purchase from us)
You'll have full control over your domain. We will provide you admin credential for your domain after register it.
For hosting, we'll provide FTP access and, if applicable, CMS admin access (if we use any CMS).
Domain and Hosting Contract Duration
Domain and hosting are initially provided for one year by us, but can be extended annually.
Prices will be calculated and included in the quotation for extended year.
Our Hosting Benefits
Our hosting includes free troubleshooting and ensures faster loading times.
Third-Party Developers
You retain full ownership of your own website and have the right to make modifications as they see fit.
If you wish to engage a third-party developer to make changes to your own website after the project launch, we will provide FTP access if you are using our hosting services.
This allows you to maintain complete control over your own website and choose the developers you wish to work with.
Pricing
All costs are included in the quotation.
Costs will be decided based on your project requirements.
There will be no hidden costs in the quotation.
Additional Services Request
Any additional services requested after the project starts (e.g., new pages, features) will incur additional charges based on complexity and working hours.
Third-Party Integrations
We may utilize third-party tools and services, such as contact form generators, popup generators, and live chat etc, to enhance your website functionality.
We typically use free versions of these services, which provide essential features for most websites.
If you require premium features or advanced functionalities from these third-party tools, you will be responsible for the associated costs.
No Hidden Charges
We have no hidden fees, but additional requests will be charged according to their complexity.
If fulfilling an additional request requires the use of premium versions of third-party tools, you will be responsible for the associated costs.
Free Website Maintenance
We offer basic free website maintenance (text and image edits only) once in every 3 months.
Any edits exceeding 10 minutes will be charged.
Free website maintenance service is only available if your website using our web hosting.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
For more extensive website maintenance, we offer AMC packages that cover all of your website maintenance needs after project delivery.
The AMC cost will depend on your specific needs.
Free Business Email
We provide up to 5 free basic email accounts tied to your domain.
These email accounts are provided by our hosting provider and include 1GB of storage per account.
Premium Business Email
If you do not want to use the free business email, we can assist you in setting up a premium business email from providers like Google Workspace, Zoho, etc to suit your specific needs.
You will be responsible for paying the fees for the premium business email service.
Premium email service offers larger storage limits and faster email delivery and receipt.
Payment Gateways
If your project requires e-commerce functionality, we can integrate various payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.
Payment gateway integration may require additional setup and configuration, which will be outlined in the project quotation.
Please note that payment gateways are third-party services and may require business document verification and adherence to their respective terms of service to activate and use their services.
Shipping (Logistics Solutions)
If your e-commerce project requires shipping integrations, we can assist with setting up integrations with popular shipping carriers like Shiprocket, Shiprocket X etc.
Shipping integrations may involve third-party services that require business document verification and adherence to their respective terms of service.
The specific shipping integrations and their associated costs will be outlined in the project quotation.
Google Business Profile
We can help you create a Google Business Profile for your business.
Creating a Google Business Profile requires time and patience as it involves a verification process
This process can take anywhere from 1 day to 1 month.
Your business must comply with Google Business Profile guidelines.
To create a Google Business Profile, we will need your business documents and other verification.
We will charge a fee for creating the Google Business Profile, the fee will be mentioned in the quotation.
Access and Payment
Full access to your website's source code and hosting(FTP only) will be provided after full payment.
Payment Terms
A 50% advance is required before starting the project, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion.
Tailored Terms of Service for Your Project
To ensure that our agreement fully addresses your unique project requirements, we will provide a customized quotation OR pricing document. This document will include specific terms of service tailored to your needs, in addition to the general terms outlined herein.
Any specific terms based on your project reqquirements will be clearly highlighted within the quotation OR pricing document for your easy reference.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
