Project Initiation
Full Refund Before Project Start: If you decide to cancel the project before it begins, we will refund your entire advance payment through our preferred method.
Project Cancellation During Development
Pro-Rated Refund: If you choose to cancel the project after it has started, we will refund the remaining balance minus the cost of the work completed. The cost of completed work will be calculated based on the number of hours spent on the project.
Project Completion and Live Launch
No Refund After Live Launch: Once the project is completed and the website is live, no refunds will be issued.
Workmanship Guarantee: If you feel that the completed project does not meet the requirements outlined in the project scope or quotation documents, we will first review these documents. If we find that the completed work does not align with the agreed-upon scope, we will make every effort to rectify the situation. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will provide a full refund.
Additional Considerations
Third-Party Services: If your project involves any third-party premium services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, etc.), refunds for these services will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the third-party provider. We have no control over the refund policies of these providers.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably.
